Then you are the Account Manager / Partner Happiness Manager Italy we are looking for to service our Italian market from our office in the Netherlands!


We aspire to become "The Destination Platform for Consumer Services in Europe." We achieve this through dozens of comparison and service platforms across Europe. Currently, we are active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, and Italy, and we have ambitious plans to further expand into more European countries to realize our dream.

From our office in the center of Breda, we actively connect our affiliated partners from different countries with interested consumers. We bring demand and supply closer together. The diversity in service and product providers is extensive, ranging from a suitable real estate agent to the very best painter.

In total, we serve dozens of industries and connect tens of thousands of consumers to businesses each month. Our focus is on what we excel at: making it as easy as possible for consumers to connect with specialists and helping our partners gain new customers and revenue growth!

Your role as Account Manager / Partner Happiness Manager Italy

As an Account Manager / Partner Happiness Manager Italy you are the contact person for the affiliated companies on our platforms in Italy. 

How you do this?

That's largely up to you. You proactively include new clients in the lead generation process. You genuinely take the time to get to know the client and discuss future cooperation. You are commercial and think along with your clients on a strategic level.

The contact moments are mainly by phone or e-mail. When a client indicates by e-mail that he is not satisfied with something, you immediately pick up the phone and get to the bottom of it. This can be a tough call, but you still come up with a solution that makes both you and the customer happy.

Your profile

  • 100% grasp of the Italian language (spoken and written);

  • You live near Breda, within a maximum distance of approximately 50 km;

  • You have experience in sales;

  • Relationship management is in your blood and building relationships comes naturally to you;

  • You enjoy having contact with clients;

  • You are very commercially minded and want to help companies grow;

  • You are enterprising and can prioritize well;

  • You are proactive, independent, and a problem solver.
