Customer Service France
Vous parlez français couramment et vous aimez aider les clients ? Nous recherchons un French-speaking Customer Service Representative pour rejoindre notre équipe à Breda (Pays-Bas).
In this role, you will support customers from France and Belgium, mainly by phone, but also via email. You will answer customer questions, follow up on requests, and ensure customers have a positive experience using our platforms.
Dutch is not required for this role. Our working language is English. Whether you are looking for a part-time or full-time position (24–40 hours), we would love to hear from you.
Bambelo

From our office in the center of Breda, we connect consumers with trusted service providers. Our platforms help consumers easily find the right professional, whether it is a real estate agent, painter, or another service provider.

Your role as Customer Service France
As a French-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customers from France and Belgium.
Your daily tasks include:
Handling customer service requests and return requests from consumers
Contacting customers by phone to ask about their experience on our platform
Supporting customers via email
Investigating customer questions and ensuring you fully understand their needs
Deciding whether a lead meets the return criteria of our partners
Working closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve the customer experience
You enjoy talking to customers, asking the right questions, and finding solutions.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys customer contact and speaks French fluently. Dutch is not required for this role. Our working language is English.
You live within approximately 20 km of Breda.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
Available 24–40 hours per week
You enjoy customer contact and phone conversations
You are organized and able to prioritize tasks
You are proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
You feel confident making customer service phone calls
