Customer Service Italy
We’re looking for a Partner Support Specialist (Customer Service) who loves helping people succeed. You’ll be the go-to person for our Italian partners and customers — the one who solves problems, spots opportunities, and keeps everything running smoothly.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to supporting our partners. This includes answering partner inquiries, following up on unpaid invoices, and handling returns processing.

Your role as Partner Support Specialist Italy
Your days will be diverse — from answering partner questions and supporting their growth, to assisting customers and managing payments. You’ll make sure everyone you interact with feels heard, supported, and valued.
Partner Support
Support partners with day-to-day operational matters, such as returns or unpaid invoices.
Respond to partner questions about accounts, invoices, and processes.
Finance
Manage invoices and payments from partners.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when needed.
Handle refund requests and explain financial matters clearly.
Customer Service
Support Italian customers with their questions about our services.
Process return requests and communicate solutions clearly.
Ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience.

Our business is internationally oriented – besides the Netherlands, we are active in Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain. This means you’ll work with colleagues from various nationalities, and English is our main company language.

Your profile
You are organized, accurate, and enjoy helping others. You work well with colleagues and take pride in providing smooth and reliable support.
We’re looking for someone who:
Speaks and writes fluent Italian (C2/native level) and is comfortable working in English.
Lives near Breda (max. 50 km)
Has experience in administration, customer service or finance.
Feels confident working with numbers, invoices, and financial processes.
Isn’t afraid to discuss payments and financial topics with partners in a clear and friendly way.
Works independently, prioritizes effectively, and takes initiative.
Enjoys helping businesses grow and building long-term partnerships.
