Are you someone who gets energy from helping customers and do you speak fluent Spanish? As a customer service employee, you will be responsible for processing return requests. You will have personal contact with consumers in Spain over the phone every day. Are you looking for a part time job and flexible working hours? Then we are looking for you!


We have the ambition to become “The Destination Platform for Consumer Services in Europe”. We do this through dozens of comparison and service platforms throughout Europe. We are active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France and Italy, and will be expanding to more European countries to make our dream a reality.

Our platforms focus on a target group of consumers who are searching for a particular service. The consumer can inquire about a service and will then receive six quotes from (local) affiliated companies that are partners with Bambelo. The consumer then chooses which party best fits their wishes and requirements.

Our platforms establish the link between the consumer and affiliated partners. We bring supply and demand closer together. There is great diversity in the service and product providers available; from a suitable broker to the very best painter.

In total, we serve dozens of industries and connect tens of thousands of consumers with companies every month. We focus on what we excel at: making it as easy as possible for consumers to get in touch with specialists, and helping our partners to gain new customers and increase sales!

Your role as Customer Service Spain

For this position, an excellent command of the Spanish language and a deep understanding of the culture and customs in Spain are of great importance. As a member of our Consumer Happiness Team, you will check requests from consumers that can be returned by companies. You will call the consumer to ask whether they have been helped well via our website, ask further questions and get to the real question from the consumer. The trick is to ask the right questions at the right time. Competencies such as planning and working accurately are important here. You decide whether the lead falls within the return policy or not. Therefore it is important that you dare to make choices. Because you are in frequent contact with consumers, you are an important link between the marketing and sales departments.

Your profile

  • 100% grasp of the Spanish language (native spoken and written);

  • You enjoy having contact with consumers;

  • You can prioritize well;

  • You are proactive, independent, and a problem solver.
