Your role as Business Development Manager
In this role, you’ll take ownership of growing our presence in the French market. You’ll be responsible for developing one or more of our platforms, from strategy to execution. Your goal? Win new partners and show them how Bambelo can help them succeed.
You will:
Proactively reach out to potential partners through cold calling and other acquisition strategies (inbound & outbound) 📞
Build and maintain strong client relationships, from first contact to ongoing collaboration
Use data and dashboards to identify opportunities and market trends 📊
Tailor your approach to different regions, industries, and client types
Work with tools like HubSpot to keep your sales process efficient
Adapt quickly to market changes and act on new opportunities
Team up with account managers to ensure partners get the best results from our leads

Our business is internationally oriented – besides the Netherlands, we are active in Belgium, France, Italy, and Spain. This means you’ll work with colleagues from various nationalities, and English is our main company language.

Your profile
You are a natural networker and relationship builder, with a sharp commercial mindset. You know how to sell – but more importantly, you know how to listen and understand a client’s needs.
We’re looking for someone who:
You are fluent in French, both written and spoken (C2/native level)
You are passionate about sales and have several years of relevant experience
Cold calling doesn’t scare you – you thrive on it!
You have a commercial mindset and enjoy helping businesses grow
You work strategically and can connect the dots to define the best approaches
You are confident working with systems, can read dashboards, and use data to make smart decisions
You adapt well to change and are flexible in a dynamic environment
You are entrepreneurial, able to prioritize, and work proactively
Experience with HubSpot is a plus
