Your role as Business Development Manager Spain

In this role, your main focus is generating new business in the Spanish market. You will take ownership of expanding our client base and closing new deals.

You work independently and know how to turn opportunities into results. Closing deals is what drives you. Once a new partner is successfully onboarded, you hand them over to your colleagues Marta and Laura, who take care of account management and ongoing support. This allows you to stay focused on what you do best: bringing in new clients.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Actively approaching new clients through cold calling

  • Generating new business and continuously expanding your client portfolio

  • Running sales conversations and closing deals

  • Following up on inbound and outbound leads

  • Identifying commercial opportunities using data and market insights

  • Defining effective sales strategies per region and target group

  • Working with CRM systems such as HubSpot

  • Ensuring a strong onboarding before handing over clients to account management

Your future DNA and team

You will join an international and energetic team based in Breda (the Netherlands). We work closely together, but you will have full ownership over the Spanish market.

English is the main working language within our company.

What do you bring?

  • Fluent in Spanish (native level)

  • Good command of English

  • Currently living in (or near) Breda / North Brabant region

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development

  • Proven experience with cold calling / phone-based acquisition

  • Experience with working independently and taking ownership

  • Strong focus on new business and closing deals

  • Commercial mindset and strong communication skills

  • Analytical skills and experience working with data / dashboards

  • Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems is a plus
